We have a pediatric patient who last march had ankle surgery w/screw placement and also multiple axillary abcesses which kept him out of school for remainder of school year. He is now going back to school and came in to get a note that ok's him to return. This is basically a followup to make sure all his issues are now resolved. Any ideas on which dx would be the best to use? Thanks
