Dr. wants to charge diagnostic laparoscopy when she documents:
"Attempt was made to take a biopsy of some of the endometriosis; however, this was unsuccessful and the endometriosis was just ablated with monopolar and after copious irrigation, the procedure was deemed complete."
Would that be the same as fulguration of endometriosis?
