Hi! I need help coding this situation - patient presents for a follow up to the Ophthalmologist for planned diagnostic testing with an Argon laser to diagnosis Retinoschisis. CPT 65855 does not seem to fit because the provider is not doing a therapeutic procedure, he is using the Argon laser for diagnostic testing. I am wondering if there is another code or if this would be included in the E/M. Any suggestions? Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks!
