Hello everyone,

Does anyone know what equipment uses the HCPCS code C1881 - Dialysis Access System (implantable)? I'm having trouble with billing department in using Angiodynamics Dura-Flow Long Term Dialysis Catheter. Angiodynamics says to use C1881 for equipment billing, but 36558 wants C1750. Any ideas?
