Wiki Dialysis billing freestanding clinic

Has anyone seen or heard of physicians billing 90999 for the facility component of a dialysis treatment? I have a provider that is billing this code every time a patient receives treatment and I am having trouble finding any guidelines on whether or not this is correct. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
