I'm trying to figure out to bill for a patient of ours. He was discharged from our dialysis unit for behavioral issues and no one else in the area will take him. He's going to eventually try to move but in the meantime we are going to be seeing him at the hospital for outpatient dialysis 3 times a week as long as he's non threatening, so we'll still be seeing him but not at the dialysis unit and we wouldn't be considered the MCP physician. The only thing I can come up with billing is CPT 90970 until he moves. Any ideas or suggestions?

I think that's your only choice. It might be helpful if the provider documents a diagnosis for the behavioral problem to include on the claim, "just in case".
