i bill for nephologists and i have a provider that is seeing a patient on hemodialysis while the patient is transitioning to peritoneal dialysis. the code being sent over is 90935 with a POS 11. the provider is seeing the patient at the dialysis facility while the patient is on dialysis, but the catch is the dialysis facility owns this clinic that the provider works for.

bill POS 65 or 11. i am leaning towards 65
