Wiki Dialysis while in SNF

ESRD patient is in SNF (which is part of hospital). Patient is taken down to receive dialysis 3 times per week. Couple questions:

Are 90935 & 90937 billable?
Can 90960-90962 be billed even though patient is in SNF?
