Can anyone help me with dialysis coding when a patient is in a dialysis facility and part of the month they are in the hospital? I know I bill the hospital 90935 code, but I am not sure what to bill for the other days of the month where she was in the dialysis facility. Also, if one of the partners saw her one day in the dialysis facility would we bill the 90970 code x 1 for their service?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
