We are trying to bill the G0318 code to Palmetto GBA is denying our codes with the date range of a month. Does anyone know how to bill this correclty with just one date of service, such as the end of each month and the code?
 
I believe with dialysis coding you have to use your date of service as the first date the patient was seen that month. There shouldn't be any other dates you should have to use. Hope this helps!
