Wiki Didn't finish with exam and returning next day

I have a social worker that did not complete her exam (90802) so the patient and family have to come back the next day. I am not finding a modifier to append to this code the next day so do we just not bill for the 2nd day or can she charge the 90847? I am stumped on this one. Any help would be appreciated.

have you considered using a reduced service modifier -52 for the first day
