Does anyone have experience coding dietician services? What S codes (S0315, S0316, S9445, S9455) do you use for DSMES, DMP, DSMT? I am okay with coding G0108, G0109, 97802-97804, but I need additional information regarding the S codes.
 
Hi
I can tell use mintues in documentation and modifier AE is used for certified dieticians. If BMI listed in documentation use takes 2 dx codes E66 and Z68 per % .
