Wiki Different doc during post op period?

Patient has surgery and is released to nursing home where they live. During the global period, another doc sees the patient while visiting the nursing home. The office visit is related to the abdominal pain they are having after surgery. How do we bill for a different doc during the global? Thanks for your help!
