Hi there. Please advice, I'm coding for Medicare.
Do I need to use any modifier on two different lab tests (HgA1C and BMP) done on the same office visit? Would -59 or XS be applicable?

No modifiers needed in this case. Bill as they are and be sure to have a medical dx to support them, especially HgbA1C.
