Good Morning...

I work for a 2 physician Internal Medicine practice in rural AZ. We have a large selection of "difficult patients" and I was wondering if there was any merit to the advertisements I get for webinars in dealing effectively with difficult patients and their families.

Unfortunately, we have been in some really unnecessary situations and my provider does not want to get involved.

Our staff is quite stressed and overwhelmed in dealing with this and I was hoping this would be a good tool in helping us cope.
