Need some opinions........Using 1997 General Multi-system exam template

Under neuro section of the Gen exam, what bullet(s) would you count for this statement:
"diffuse 5/5 strength, sensory exam normal"

1997 Neuro Exam bullets:
Neurologic
--Test cranial nerves with notation of any deficits
-- Examination of deep tendon reflexes with notation of pathological reflexes (eg, Babinski)
--Examination of sensation (eg, by touch, pin, vibration, proprioception)
