What kind of verbiage is needed to enter codes 0751T-0763T and 0827T-0856T in a pathology report? I'm not finding anything in any of my resources. Any ideas would be helpful.
 
Hello kduty I really wish I knew the answer today to your question. I worked for the UW (University of Washington about 2.5 years ago) and my other job didn't utilize this. On a positive note, here, I have a new customer that utilizes the "T" codes. Let's be patient. Let me evaluate and provide some insight to your question. It'll be a few weeks. But Once I get to evaluate charges. You may have assistance billing the "T" codes.
