Does anyone have any experience with digital pathology category III codes, and how these codes should be coded? So, let's say a patient had an H&E 88305 x3 special stain 88312x1 and 88313x2, how would you apply the digital pathology codes for this? I am confused about all of this.

Your documentation does not support digital codes here from what you shared.
Hi Dana! Thank you for responding! The small research that I performed stated that there had to be a reference of digital path on the report (bottom of the report. Last page) I didnt see anything else that was needed. here is screenshot of a report. Is this wrong? How are the reports to supposed to look or say? The lab just started without telling me or giving me a heads up. All HIPAA has been blacked out. As always, I appreciate your help!

Hello Tara0513
From your documentation (Less PHI) this looks fine to me. The T codes are really new here. APF does dabble here with "Digital Pathology" in most recent version.
Do you need help assigning T codes or do you have this??
Have a fantastic evening!!
Dana
