Can the "incident to" rules apply when both the physician and the PA have patients scheduled at the same time, but the physician does participate in the visit with the PA? The PA documents the visit at the physicians direction. The PA does the HPI, ROS and most of exam. The physician does some of the exam and all of the medical descision making.:confused:
