Wiki Discharge (ama) and readmit same day

We had a patient who left AMA in the morning. The Hospitalist did face to face discharge. Later that night, she was readmitted by another Hospitalist(at 11:45 pm.....why couldn't they wait 15 minutes lol).

So she was discharged and readmitted by 2 separate providers, same day for the SAME problem.

What can be billed and under which provider? This is a Medicare patient.
