Regarding a group of physicians who are in practice together in the same specialty and they take turns rounding in the hospital:
Dr. A is rounding and discharges Dr. B's patient from the hospital. The discharge is billed under Dr. A, but Dr. B dictates his own patient's discharge summary. Will this patient's Discharge Summary pass an audit?
