A pt was going to have surgery. Pt was in the OR but no Anesthesia had been administered yet. Dr. wasn't scrubbed up yet but was ready to proceed. Before anything else happened they found pt blood sugar extremely high and took them to the ER. Is the Dr. allowed to bill for a discontinued service for something like this:confused:
