Does anyone have a good recommendation for a book that has most if not all the procedures listed and described in them? Kind of like a medical dictionary but a procedure dictionary? My struggle is understanding the different procedures and what is integral to them. I have a basic knowledge of procedure but would like to become more efficient in CPT procedure coding and I would like to have a paper copy instead of looking at the computer all the time!

Also, any books that have a list of a lot of diseases with their common symptoms/signs and any additional information that is useful? I took a disease class about a year ago and loved the book but it was only available for 4 months and I have yet to find another one like it! Thanks!
