I have an interesting situation that is not as clear cut as I initially thought. Patient dislocates jaws, patient has history of dislocations of the jaw and has been to specialists to reveal nothing new. The issue with the jaw was resolved and less than 24 hours later this patient falls and dislocates jaw again. Is the second visit for the jaw initial or subsequent? The accident will be initial since this is the first time being treated for this event.

Thanks for your input
