Patient having repair of distal biceps tendon rupture, CPT 24342
Wondering if I need to code the Tenodesis Brachialis separately?

After biceps was repair, doctor mentions he did Bio-Tenodesis with 1 Vicryl in medial and lateral aspect of biceps and the brachialis to make sure to keep it real medial and real lateral to avoid any neurovascular injury.


Just not sure !
