Good morning,

I have a coding issue on the above subject and was wanting direction on which code to go with. I have a patient who is having a "Distal intercoccygeal segment injection" and has coccydynia as the diagnosis...I was going towards 20610 - major joint or bursa.

Any thoughts on which way to go or should I go 20605 - intermediate joint or bursa.

Thanks
