If my provider perfomed a distal bilateral salpingectomy with a laproscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy would that qualify for procedure 58552 (Laporoscopy, surgical, with vaginal hysterectomy, for uterus 250 g or less; with removal of tube(s) and/or ovary(s))?

I feel like since there is still part of the tubes left and she did not remove the ovaries that I shouldn't but I just wanted to make sure.
