We are a Rural Health Clinic, we are not a DME supplier. We have a Podiatrist that comes once a month to see patients under our Rural Health Clinic. She is wanting to provide inserts for patients. These items are cash pay only at her other full time office, they use HCPCS L3020. Are we allowed to "sell" these inserts to Medicare patients as cash items without an ABN and without filing to Medicare?
