Any assistance will be appreciated. If a capped rental item (not powered wheelchair) is billed with modifier BR (15 months), can the bene rent the same item again after the billing period ends?

Example E0186 - Air pressure mattress
15 months rental period ends 12/31/2019.
Can a new 15 month rental billing period start on 01/01/2020?
