Hello-
Hoping for some clarification/guidance here. The podiatrist I work for is trying to bring his billing in house. Currently there are two locations, one location has an NPI and PTAN for the DME supplies we bill to Noridian. He has registered the practice/business as a PLLC. He is the sole owner. When researching and after calling I am still fuzzy on what is needed to supply DME from the second location. Do I need another NPI and PTAN or just another PTAN? Anyone have experience with this? Thank you!
