When you use DNCB (dinitro-chloro-benzene) to treat a wart, can you bill 17110 or should you be billing an E/M code? The CPT book only lists 'eg, laser surgery, electrosurgery, cryosurgery, chemosurgery, surgical curettement' as possible methods, but EncoderPro lists 'laser, electrosurgery, cryosurgery, chemical treatment, or surgical curettement'.
And any documentation to support this would be great too. Thanks!!!
