Wiki DNP wants to cosign other DNP note

I have a question. I have a DNP that signed a split share on another DNP's note. I told her she couldn't do that. That a split share was for a physician and an NP. DNP said the second DNP is in training and they saw the patient together and she wants credit for the encounter and wants to sign the note another way. I told her to write her own note and bill it under her if the other DNP was in training. She is adamant that she can cosign on the trainee DNP note. Says she has done this before. Any resources where I can get this sorted for her?
