Wiki Do we code "compatible with" diagnosis for ASC?

Hello,

I was wondering if we are supposed to code "compatible with" diagnoses for ASC? I have heard we do and I've heard we shouldn't. Please help!!!!

Compatible with, Comparable with, consistent with, are the same types of terms that indicate uncertainty. Therefore no you may not code these in the ASC setting.
