Hello
We are a small CAH and we bill for our radiologist that is offsite. We bill on a 1500 and use the radiologist's NPI and Taxonomy number. BCBS denied saying Professional Services cannot be submitted with a hospital/facility PayTO/BillingNPI. Does this mean we have to create a new NPI for professional services? Or does this mean we can just reassign his benefits over to us ?
