Wiki Do we need to Code the same Provider for the Discharge Code and the Consultation code.?

Hi Mentor,
If the patient was admitted to the Hospital for Neuro facility and the provider performed Consultation and Discharge on the same day The document does not support Discharge. So can we code the Initial Inpatient visit and Consultation codes for the same patient?
