Hi Everyone,

I am planning to buy a PC for remote coding but I'm not sure what PC requirements are needed. Does anyone do remote coding? If so, what kind of system do you use? Thanks for the info.

Your internet connection is very important. My staff has Comcast and FIOS and both work well. You PC needs to be able to handle the images without losing speed. I would would think you need to have enough memory(or is it RAM I am not IT guy) to operate multiple programs without getting slow. I have an older (4-5 year) not top of the line PC at home but I upgraded the memory and it works well. I have two moniters on my PC. I find this very helpful when I am coding.
