Wiki do you think 49505 is too ambiguously worded in the CPT index?

I missed a code in a practicode problem and, in retrospect, I think the wording in the CPT index (not the actual code) is not the clearest. I misinterpreted it. The 30-year-old pt's procedure was:

Open right inguinal hernia repair with mesh (PHSL)

The correct code was 49505. But look at how the index indicates it: "Initial, child 5 years or older." I mistakenly thought it meant: "Child 5 years or child older than 5 years" when it evidently means "Age 5 years or older." I could have figured that out if I had thought about it longer (and if I weren't losing so much sleep due to anxiety about finishing the practicode)...but I still think "age 5 years or older" would have been even clearer.

When looking at my index in my encoder it doesn't state child. It says "49505 - Repair initial inguinal hernia, age 5 years or older; reducible." However, yes some things you have to read carefully otherwise it's easy to mistaken them.
