Do you use modifiers 76 & 77 when patients have multiple brachytherapy visits per day

Our SAVI patients come in twice a day for treatment. The physician doing the AM treatment may be a different physician that the one providing the PM treatment. Do I need to use modifiers 76 or 77 for the second visit?
