Please help, I have been searching aimlessly but cannot seem to find an answer! My cardiologist is doing office consults with a surgeon at the surgeon's office. Can I bill for the office consults that my doctor is doing at the surgeon's office? I do not think I can because he is using their facility and their staff. Any guidance on this situation would be appreciated!! Thanks for the info,

You need to register this address with each insurance carrier designating it as a location your physician will see patients. This can be a tedious process, but is worth it. I assume he is seeing patients separately from the surgeon...right? That is key. Hope this helps you get started. :)
