So I seen this, and right now it doesn't' bother me because we do paper charts with Dr's signature, and then it is scribed into our EMR. My question is when we go all electronic and do not have paper charts this says "Hard Copy signature" and "EMR signature log" Does this mean We have to have a signature somewhere besides the signature log in the EMR? How is everyone else doing this?
