Im hoping someone who is a instructor can help me with this- Is it ok for a provider to use thier assessment and plan/MDM for thier I-10 documentation?
For example:
constipation-slow transit- clean out with 5mg of bisacodyl followed by 8 capfuls of miralax.



OR should the provider have documentation of slow transit constipation in thier HPI/exam?:confused:
