Can anyone tell me if this docmentation justifies billing 30140 please?

Submucous resection of each inferior turbinate was carried out. Incisions were made along the inferior aspect of each turbinate and the medial mucosa was elevated. The lateral mucosa of the bony concha was then carefully trimmed. Hemostatis was acquired in the bed of the tubinates with suction Bovie cautery.
