I code for providers that interpret TEEs and am looking for documentation that states what must be included in the provider's documentation to bill. Many of the reports do not include all of the structures documented but there isn't a "limited" or "complete" code like there is for TTEs. We need to educate our providers and need authoritative documentation to provide them. Thanks!
