Hello,
36430 for blood transfusion is not a time-based code and is allowed 1 time per day regardless of how long the administration runs. My question is, does there need to be a documented end time in order to bill the charge? Or is documentation enough with just a start time noted? Is there an official notation anywhere of documentation requirements for this charge? If there is, I can't find it.
