Hi, Can someone please tell what the documentation needs to state when a diagnostic colonoscopy 45378 is going to a therapeutic 45380,45385 and modifier 33 is used?

Documentation Needed - Modifier 33 for Colonoscopy Conversions

I think this might help. It's from the GI association. Just use CTRL F and search for 33 to find the section specific to modifier 33 use scenarios.
