Somewhere, in the cobwebbed recesses of my brain, I seem to recall reading that if the stress test documents the long axis, short axis, etc, this means SPECT was done. I cannot find anything to corroberate this today however.

Can anyone set me straight on the proper documentation to code SPECT, if the doc does not say "SPECT?"
