Can anyone give me direction on where to go to find out what is required for documentation and any coding tips for a Physician who has a resident they are overseeing.
 
Go to the CMS website. The name of the publication is "Guidelines for Teaching Physicians, Interns, and Residents." I believe if you put this in the search space it will bring this up. It is 4 pages and spells out what is required of the teaching physician.
