Wiki Does a 63047 include discectomy??

This has come up a couple of times, and I can't find any definitive answer to this question. Any help is appreciated.

There is a CCI edit between 63047 (lumbar laminectomy) and 63030 (lumbar discectomy) when done at the same level. So, you cannot bill them together. Since 63047 has more RVU's, I would report that procedure.

No.....CPT 63047 is for procedure in regards to the vertebral segment, not the
interspace.

So would you say I could code a 63047 (MLRD) and a 63075 (discectomy)? There is no CCI edit that pops up when I code those together.
