My surgeon does his own breast biopsies in Radiology. Therefore, he has to code with the facility fee for his coding. The problem is that he supplies the needles! I don't know why, no one can tell me why, he just always has. I found out because he was using the wrong location/POS and fee... Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions on this? I can't get answers from higher up as to why he is providing the supplies and therefore will be taking a loss when using the correct location and fee (so obviously doesn't want to use the correct POS). HELP please :confused:
