Wiki Does anyone have experience with Urgent Care Billing?

Does anyone have experience with Urgent Care Billing? I am a billing manager for a pulmonary practice and they are thinking about getting into urgent care. From what I have gathered, E/M codes are the same, POS is 20 and Medicare/Medicaid does not cover the facility codes S9088 and S9083. S9088 and S9083 are covered by some private/commercial carriers in addition to the E/M code and the reimbursement is about $100.00. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
